Full Plate Finances

When I think of finances I think of a full plate.  The plate consists of money, budgeting, bills, saving, investing, and most important of all how you think about money.  I want this blog to encourage you no matter what part of the plate you are working on right now.  I know in my own life, I seem to concentrate on one part of my finances at a time.  For example, when I get into the investment zone, I want to invest every penny I find under the cushions of the couch.  I am constantly reading books, blogs, and any article I can find about different ways for your money to work for you.  My husband loves this mode – just kidding.  All I can talk about is cutting back to invest more.  He takes it in stride and knows I will eventually focus on another aspect of our financial plate. Maybe you aren’t like me; you don’t eat one portion at a time.  Maybe you are a grazer you eat a little here and a little there. That’s OK.  However you choose to approach your plate, I want to encourage you on your financial journey. We all need a cheerleader. It’s in my DNA to coach, cheer, and go all out to ensure a victory in people’s life. Yes, I was a cheerleader in high school, but that’s beside the point. The bottom line is that we all have a financial plate, and how you handle your plate is up to you, but I have learned one bite at a time works really, really well. Let’s get to it!
